Dr Alex Rachkovsky is a dedicated and experienced Osteopath. Alex graduated from Victoria University in 2011, completing a Bachelors degree in Clinical Sciences and a Masters Degree in Health Science (Osteopathy). During his studies, Alex worked as a remedial massage therapist for five years.

Having trained in martial arts for over 20 years, Alex has developed a sound understanding of injury management and prevention. Alex has significant experience treating elite level athletes and can tailor rehabilitation programs based on the needs of each person and the sport they compete in.

Alex can help with rehabilitation of both acute and chronic conditions, and has a particular interest in treating lower limb injuries including knees and feet. He can also help to provide pain relief for chronic headache and migraine sufferers. He confidently applies direct, indirect and thrust techniques and can use dry needling and cupping during his treatments as required.

Alex enjoys treating people of all ages from all walks of life. In addition to English, Alex can also speak Russian and Hebrew. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time away with his family and two dogs.
