Dr Tracy Nguyen

Osteopath at Helping Hands Osteopathy, Aspendale

Dr Tracy Nguyen (Osteopath) graduated from Victoria University in 2011, completing a degree in Clinical Sciences and a Masters of Osteopathy. Tracy’s enthusiasm for osteopathy stems from its holistic approach to treatment, and the way that osteopathy addresses all areas of the body, to create balance and alleviate discomfort.

Tracy enjoyed playing sport from a young age and has developed a special interest in sports injuries and management. She understands the toll that various types of sport can have on the body. Tracy has a number of years’ experience working with local football clubs and netball clubs treating both adults and children. She has completed further training in taping and is qualified in dry needling. Tracy utilises this training to complement her treatments for people in acute episodes, for sporting injuries as well as postural rehabilitation.

Tracy treats people of all ages who present with a wide variety of conditions. She uses a broad range of osteopathic treatment techniques and excels in tailoring her treatments specifically for each person. Tracy regularly provides her patients with sound advice whether it is regarding lifestyle factors, nutrition, ergonomics or rehabilitation exercises that her patients can implement at home and at work.
