Dr Catherine Norris

Osteopath at Helping Hands Osteopathy, Aspendale

Dr Cat Norris is a highly skilled and experienced Osteopath. Cat graduated from Victoria University with a Master’s in Osteopathy. As an Osteopath, Cat feels very privileged because she enjoys helping people by doing what she loves every day. Her Osteopathic philosophy encompasses treating the cause of the problem. This includes taking a detailed history and assessment, tailoring an individualised treatment and management plan to best suit each person’s needs.

Any rehabilitation advice and exercises that Cat recommends will consider important aspects of a patient’s life, including sport, work and sleep. This is important to identify what is triggering their symptoms and to develop a strategy to prevent those symptoms from reoccurring.

Dr Cat Norris has also completed further study in Dry Needling, Myofascial Cupping, and Ergonomics Risk Assessment. Cat can incorporate these modalities into her treatment and management plan for each patient to help get them moving and enjoying life.

Cat enjoyed her time working as a sports trainer and treating overseas in London. Outside of the clinic, Cat enjoys running, hanging out with her “fur children” or reading the next true crime thriller.
